DAY 1:
- Safety moment
- Pre-test
- Start HYSYS and create a new case
- Set your session preferences
- Building the simulation
- Selecting components
- Defining a fluid
DAY 2:
- Creating hypo components
- Characterizing the oil
- Accessing the oil environment
- Cutting the assay (Creating the blend)
- Installing the oil
- Viewing component properties
DAY 3:
- Entering the simulation environment
- Specifying the feed conditions
- Installing the utility steam streams
- Providing compositional input
- Installing unit operations
- Installing the separator
DAY 4:
- Using workbook features
- Adding a tab to the workbook
- Using the PFD
- Installing the crude furnace
- Installing the mixer
DAY 5:
- Installing atmospheric crude column
- Adding specification values
- Add side strippers and pump arounds to a column to improve operation and efficiency
- Installing the pump arounds
- Final test
Certificates
- On successful completion of this training course, GLOMACS Certificate will be awarded to the delegates
- Continuing Professional Education credits (CPE) : In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsor, one CPE credit is granted per 50 minutes of attendance
