- Role clarity and alignment for optimal performance
- Utilizing RACI and similar tools to map roles and responsibilities
- Implementing effective job design principles and techniques
- Resolving role conflicts and eliminating duplication
- Types of organisational structures and their practical applications
- Evaluating existing structures to identify gaps and inefficiencies
- Optimizing workflows, spans of control, and reporting lines
- Frameworks for restructuring and redesigning organisations
- Explore models of organisational change (Lewin & Kotter).
- Design change interventions that align with structural shifts.
- Address resistance and encourage adoption during transitions.
- Plan effective communication strategies for structural change.
- Embedding OD practices into HR and leadership processes
- Evaluating long-term effectiveness of OD interventions

Certificates
- On successful completion of this training course, GLOMACS Certificate will be awarded to the delegates
- Continuing Professional Education credits (CPE) : In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsor, one CPE credit is granted per 50 minutes of attendance
