Behaviour and accountability are vital when it comes to leadership development and transformation. In reality the leader is just one person, the real driving force behind a leader success is their team. It is up to the leader to demonstrate best practise, accountability, resilience, emotional intelligence and much more. The leader is a role model for their team, setting an example for the expectations and culture required of their company. In essence they're responsible for the future cohort and successfully handing over the baton. 

It is important that a leader looks inwards and recognises the importance of their own conduct in achieving targets. The single most important factor in driving a productive team in work and management is the behaviour and style of the leader. It is essential that the leader can look inwards and take ownership of any personal obstacles they unconsciously project but also take accountability for any unconscious bias. This Transformational Leadership training course is highly interactive, and participants are expected to discuss their unique situation as well as practise the tools they're learning.

  • Company culture an unconscious bias.
  • Delegation and the importance of succession planning.

DAY 4: Development in Team and EI

  • Transactional analysis, adult and child theory
  • How to add value to the team
  • Recognising areas for growth and development
  • What does success look like
DAY 5: Taking Accountability and Dealing with Conflict

  • Dealing with conflict in the team
  • Unconscious bias and the role it plays in labelling
  • Taking accountability in oneself and the team
  • Performance conversations
Certificates
  • On successful completion of this training course, GLOMACS Certificate will be awarded to the delegates
  • Continuing Professional Education credits (CPE) : In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsor, one CPE credit is granted per 50 minutes of attendance
Accreditation

GLOMACS is registered with NASBA as a sponsor of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. NASBA have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.
