In reality the leader is just one person, the real driving force behind a leader success is their team. It is up to the leader to demonstrate best practise, accountability, resilience, emotional intelligence and much more. The leader is a role model for their team, setting an example for the expectations and culture required of their company. In essence they're responsible for the future cohort and successfully handing over the baton.
It is important that a leader looks inwards and recognises the importance of their own conduct in achieving targets. The single most important factor in driving a productive team in work and management is the behaviour and style of the leader. It is essential that the leader can look inwards and take ownership of any personal obstacles they unconsciously project but also take accountability for any unconscious bias. Certificates
- On successful completion of this training course, GLOMACS Certificate will be awarded to the delegates
- Continuing Professional Education credits (CPE) : In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsor, one CPE credit is granted per 50 minutes of attendance
Accreditation
