In this exciting and practical five-day Health and Well-being for Leaders: Leading a Culture of Well-being training course, participants will develop the essential competencies required to promote health and well-being across the workplace.   • Preparation, Explanation, Demonstration, Imitation, Consolidation and Review (PEDICR)
  • Mentoring relationships: formal and informal
  • Understanding psychological safety
  • Resources for physical fitness, healthy lifestyle choices, & personal development
Certificates
  • On successful completion of this training course, GLOMACS Certificate will be awarded to the delegates
  • Continuing Professional Education credits (CPE) : In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsor, one CPE credit is granted per 50 minutes of attendance
