This Building Core Leadership & Supervisory Competencies training course has been developed to ensure that delegates attending the training within the Supervisory role, fully understand their job, the requirements for the organisation and in so doing become better performing Supervisors in their role. It concentrated on the key aspects of what being a Supervisor entails, focusing on leadership, management and how to be more effective in the workplace. This will involve focusing on communication and interpersonal skills as well as problem solving techniques and performance management. Each module is structured and can be taken as a stand-alone training course; however, delegates will maximise their benefits by taking Module 1 and 2 back-to-back as a 2-week training course.
