DAY 3: Practices & Methodologies for Operational Excellence

- Improving cross-functional processes – SIPOC, Swimlane
- Finding & eliminating wastes
- Reducing Costs of Quality (COQ)
- A3 problem solving, DMAIC & PDCA cycle
- Theory of Constraints (TOC)
DAY 4: Lean Organization Practices

- The 14 principles of lean organization
- Tools selection and use – Idea generation, data analysis, decision making
- Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

Certificates
- On successful completion of this training course, GLOMACS Certificate will be awarded to the delegates
- Continuing Professional Education credits (CPE) : In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsor, one CPE credit is granted per 50 minutes of attendance
